Rheingar (a.k.a. Reyingar) was probably Angharad's mother-in-law, and Tudor Trevor's mother. Again, the connection I am interested in is through the maternal line, for it is Rheingar who is descended from Tegau Eurvron. Rheingar is the daughter of Lluddoeka, King of Gloster and Earl of Hereford. Lluddoeka is the son of Tegau and Caradoc.

She was born around 865 in Wales. She married Ynyr (a.k.a. Honorius) ap Cadvarch, Lord of Maelor and King of Powys. (Ynyr is descended from Vortigern. More on him to come. )
